2016-09-18-Lake-Powell-Houseboat: Lake Powell Houseboat trip on WildWind II. 6 of us made the trip, Captain(s) Perry and Val Scott, Jer/ Eberhard, Julie and Carl Mattson, and Steve Veck. We stayed several nights at Annie's Canyon, Bowns Canyon and Iceberg Canyon. Amazing!!!! We got the best and first mooring we scouted each time! This September trip was a little cooler than most other times. The water level was 89' below max pool of 3700', at 3611'. This was GREAT, as we got into Cathedral in the Desert (in Clear Creek in the Escalante Canyon), and Pulpit Rock was a few feet above the water line. Steve walked to the back of Clear Creek, above Pulpit Rock.
