2014-06-13-CAP-Oshkosh-Power-Academy. Civil Air Patrol - Cadet Aviation Power Academy, June 14 - Jun 22, 2014 at Oshkosh, Wisconsin (KOSH). We stay in the same facility as CAP Blue Beret, and have access to the runways and flightline via taxiway "Papa 1". There were 16 cadets, 12 male, 4 female. 9 soloed and 7 completed the CAP "Pre-solo". It rained nearly every day, so getting in flight time was challenging. We also disbursed to other nearby airports, including Fond du Lac (KFLD) and Appleton (KATW).
